Great store, clean and brightly lit. The staff were very friendly and knowledgable and made my partner and i feel very welcomed and comfortable. We came in looking for a new toy and the lady helping us made some great recommendations with the we-vibes and even gave us a discount because we came in on Tuesday date night. Will definitely be back :)

Great experience, Lovely staff, great prices compared to other alike stores, HUGE selection, I was feeling a little overwhelmed until a staff member aproached me and offered some assistance, very satisfied with their customer service.

Horrible customer service. Demanded I.D with a very rude manor. When we were heading out the door, we were asked if we needed any help and we said no. The employee then laughed as we walked out. The employee should go through some training and practice being a useful employee instead of randomly walking around doing nothing.Fortunately, with the horrible customer service we where able to order stuff online, and save alot of money with the black Friday sales.

Yes Bank location is closed sadly but unlike some ratings and comments the Robertson location is still open and everything from Bank location just shifted over

This location no longer exists here, drove there expecting to find an item i needed, obly to find it closed down and only the physical signage and google maps address remain,owner(s) or google really should correct this
